Booth Information:

Best Practices for Chemicals conference offers a turn-key booth program that is an effective and all-inclusive marketing platform designed to help you create an even playing field among all partners for a good price. There are graphic customizations that can be done to personalize your booth, and this page will give you all the information that you will need to make your best showing.

Digital File Specifications:

Files must be submitted as vector files in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF), Adobe Illustrator (.AI or .EPS), or Adobe Photoshop (.TIF or .PSD). Please download and look over the “Graphic Guidelines” for full details.

Graphic Design Assistance:

If you do not have a designer to create your artwork, you may use our preferred graphic design company, Purpaula Productions. If you decide to work with Purpaula Productions, please inform Paula Finnerty, creative director, by Monday, Jan. 14, 2019, so she has enough time to create your artwork. Please see Paula Finnerty’s contact information and pricing information below:

All charges will be billed to you directly from Purpaula Productions:

Art/Design Time: $85/hour
All assets, including company logo and photos, must be provided in digital format. Stock photos can be provided at an additional cost, to be determined based on photo.

Artwork Due Date & Where to Send Artwork:

Booth artwork must be submitted by Friday Feb. 1, 2019. Any artwork submitted/not approved by this date will be subject to a $250 late fee.

All partners need to upload their artwork to the Shepard FTP site in their designated folder. Follow the link and directions below.

Once Logged In:

  • Select “Drop Off”
  • Select “-2019”
  • Scroll down or search and select “03_BP for Chemicals”
  • Select your specific company folder
  • Upload your artwork

  • 32” monitor
  • Functional workstation with lockable storage unit
  • Trash bin
  • One custom back wall graphic
  • One custom graphic counter
  • Overhead booth lighting
  • 500 watts of power with a surge-protected power strip
  • One tall cocktail table with two padded stools

Booth Artwork & Dimensions: 

Shepard will be producing the booths from your graphic files, which need to be created in their specific dimensions. There are two areas of the booth that can accommodate custom graphics:

BACK PANEL A — Dimensions: 2,060 mm (L) x 2,385 mm (H)

*Please note the 32” monitor and counter will be covering the majority of the right side. We recommend only having your logo above the monitor and a solid color for the rest of the panel to avoid artwork/text being covered.

GRAPHIC PANEL B — Dimensions: 1,079 mm (L) x 1,020 mm (H)
