Mark Carter is the Enterprise Architect for Business Analytics and Reporting as well as Environmental Health & Safety. As Enterprise Architect, Mark is responsible for IT planning, strategies, architecture and solution delivery. Mark brings more than 30 years of IT experience manufacturing, new product development, supply chain, product safety, environmental management, and health & safety. In the technology domains, Mark has lead teams in the area of operating systems, databases, reporting, and advanced analytic technologies. Earlier in Mark’s career he was a project manager and system upgrade and consolidation projects as well as the infrastructure track on the Y2K program. Mark also serves as the chairman of the Chemical Industry SAP User Group Steering team as well as Steering Team Member of the Chief Data Officers organization. Mark holds a Bachelors of Computer Science and Medical Technology from Michigan Technological University, a Masters in Business Administration from Chadwick University, as well as graduate studies in computer science at Syracuse University.

Ray has over 20 years of chemical industry experience and started his career in Polymers research at the Rohm & Haas Company. His management experience spans technical services, manufacturing, operations and supply chain. He has implemented ISO-9000, MRPII Class A, S&OP and ERP systems for multiple businesses including polymers, electronic chemicals and plastics additives. Currently Ray is working directly with SAP Solution Management on supporting the release of the new cloud-based application, SAP Sales and Operations Planning Powered by HANA ™. Ray holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA degree from Santa Clara University.

Joyce Butler is a Business Intelligence and Analytics Leader with over 15 years of experience in Information Management and Business Intelligence/Analytics. She has led over 10 full life cycle SAP BI projects within finance, supply chain and human resources, and has an extensive track record in project management, business consultancy and analysis. Joyce is a seasoned, collaborative leader skilled in motivating staff to achieve aggressive goals and objectives. She is also an SAP Mentor, serves as a member of the Chemical Industry SAP User Group (CISUG), and a volunteer for the ASUG BI Analytics Special Interest Group (SIG).

Gene is currently the ERP IT Tower Lead and a member of the Program Management Office for Olin Corporation’s IT Transformation. In this role, Gene is a working to integrate Olin’s acquisition of the Dow Chlorine Products business into a single global enterprise. He is a member of Olin’s corporate IT organization. Prior to this role Gene was the program lead at KA Steel Chemicals that implemented all of the major modules of SAP in seven months without significant interruption and under budget. Gene has been at Olin Corporation his entire career. Other previous roles have been Director, Operational Excellence where he was responsible for continuous improvement for the Chlor Alkali Product’s Division, and Director, Customer Support where he had responsibility for the Order to Cash process and Customer Support organization for the same Division. Gene has also worked in Marketing, New Process and Product Development, and Business Evaluation since graduating from the University of Tennessee in Chemical Engineering in 1981. Gene is married with two grown children and one grandchild.

He has also held numerous senior industry positions including leading new product development and commercialization at Monsanto’s Enviro-Chem Division and product development and technical services as Director of Technology for Baker-Petrolite in the Americas and Asia. He also has a strong manufacturing and operations background. Mr. Dunn has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Columbia.

Mike oversees Accenture Enterprise strategies and investments for Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Metals, Mining, and Forest Products designed to help clients become High Velocity Enterprises. Mike is working closely with SAP on Industry Cloud solutions and other assets to help clients manage digital enterprises and deliver business value. Mike graduated from Notre Dame with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
